Preparation before and after a treatment
For an optimal effect of the treatment, make sure you:
take a shower before the massage
leave at least 30minutes between your last meal and the massage
do not drink alcohol before and after the massage
drink plenty of water or herbal tea

Why Helium
Helium (from Greek: á¼¥λιος, romanized: helios, lit. 'sun') is a chemical element with the symbol He and atomic number 2. It is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, monatomic gas, the first in the noble gas group in the periodic table. Helium is created by nuclear fusions on the sun or by the slow radioactive decay of rocks. It is impossible to produce the substance artificially:

Where can I park?
You can simply park in front of the door and/or in the driveway of the massage practice.
General advice
Be on time. If you are late, this will be at the expense of your own treatment time.
We find hygiene very important and therefore ask you to shower at home before the massage treatment.
Consider whether there are important things that the massage therapist needs to know to ensure the treatment has the best possible result.
All our massages are very respectful massages. We therefore never respond to any erotic requests. We have the right to show you the door and inform the necessary authorities.
What are the benefits of massage
Various studies show that massage has a positive influence on overall physical and mental health.
A massage stimulates your body's natural healing capacity and initiates body processes that, among other things, produce various substances. A number of studies measure an increase in serotonin, dopamine, endorphins and oxytocin after massage. Serotonin has a positive influence on mood and self-confidence. Dopamine plays an important role in experiencing happiness and well-being. Endorphin is an opioid peptide produced by the body with analgesic properties that functions as a neurotransmitter. Oxytocin stimulates the immune system and has stress-reducing effects such as lowering blood pressure and heart rate.
To massage on a regular basis has a long-lasting positive effect (up to several weeks) on relaxation of body and mind, hormone balance, sleep quality and physical condition. It reduces muscle and connective tissue tension, improves blood circulation, removes waste products and improves the functioning of your immune system.
When not to massage
Absolute contraindications are:
Fever or infection(s)
Presence of a muscle tear
Open wound or fractures
Relative contraindications:
Some skin conditions
Varices or varicose veins
Pregnancy
Special massages are indicated for cancer, fibromyalgia and CFS.

Canceling an appointment
Are you hold up? Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will be forced to charge the agreed treatment in full.​
What is a cup kiss
We work with 'moving' cupping. If you massage with the cups, no spots will appear, but at most a slightly pink spot will be visible, which will disappear after a few minutes to a few hours. These marks are normal after a cupping therapy session and are nothing to worry about.
A typical deep red spot (the cup kiss) can occur during static cupping when a lot of waste products have accumulated and the immune response is stimulated. This does not apply only after consultation with the customer and upon explicit request.
